3. Consumption Data: Active Power, Reactive Power, Apparent Power Consumption

The data taken from MV (Medium Voltage) Relay:

1. Relay fault, overcurrent fault, cutting positions on/off information
2. Relay far/near knowledge
3. Soil blade on/off information, breaker testing/service position information
